Koulutustukku is Nordic Competence Group’s competency training center

At Koulutustukku, you will easily and affordably find a diverse selection of occupational safety and first aid training, training related to the safe use of various machines, equipment, and tools, training related to handling and transporting hazardous materials, and training that develops environmental safety.

Our online courses are available regardless of location, and we also provide open enrollment and corporate training in numerous locations throughout Finland and corporate training abroad.

We offer training at different levels, from basic topics to demanding expert-level training, as well as developing safety thinking for supervisors and corporate management. Our customers include both corporate clients and private individuals.

First aid training

Only a small portion of Finland’s first aid training providers are Finnish Red Cross first aid training programs VALUE Partner^®

Our first aid training offerings include all certified first aid courses according to the Finnish Red Cross first aid training programs:

• FRC Emergency First Aid Course 4 h® and FRC Emergency First Aid Course 8 h®: basic first aid skills courses
• FRC First Aid Course EA 1® (16 h): More extensive first aid course with more practice, especially for higher-risk workplaces and tasks
• FRC First Aid Course EA 2® (8 h): course deepening first aid skills and readiness

Our offerings include first aid training in all delivery formats: classroom training, online training, webinar, and blended learning.

Did you know that you can also learn first aid skills online, and after completing independent online training, you receive the same competency as with other delivery methods? Online training is best suited for refreshing first aid skills and for low-risk workplaces and tasks.

Occupational safety and competency training

Occupational safety is at the core of our expertise. In addition to the basic Occupational Safety Card training, our selection includes dedicated training programs for specialists, supervisors, and company management.

Lifting training

Our lifting safety training provides participants with basic competency for the safe use of various tools and machines.

Before granting an operating permit, the employer must ensure that the employee has sufficient ability and skill for the safe use of the equipment covered by the permit.

In addition to classroom training, we offer practical training and competency assessment for lifting-related work in virtual reality. The theory portion can be completed as self-study online training, webinar, or classroom instruction.

Forklift and aerial work platform training

A forklift and aerial work platform operator must have written permission from the employer to use them. The employer must ensure before granting a driving permit that the operator has sufficient abilities and skills for the safe handling and operation of the equipment.

The theory portion of forklift training and aerial work platform training is available as online training, webinar, and classroom training. Practical training and the competency test can be conducted on-site or as simulator training.

Handling and transport of hazardous materials (ADR)

Handling and transporting hazardous materials require competency and statutory qualifications. We offer a comprehensive selection of ADR training.
